Order Information...
(For changing your signature into a TrueType Font)

What we need:

To Process your order we need the following information:
(click here for links to various order forms which can be used)

• Name (we use it to name your font)
• e-mail address (signature will be returned by e-mail; click here for alternative return methods)
• Signature, initials or whatever you want converted. Click here for more information on signature.
• Payment of $9.95 (click here for cost/payment methods)
• Name for the font (maximum of 8 characters - font will be called Signature-Name)

How to get it to us:

   NOTE: For best results send your order in by mail. Faxed signatures can give unpredictable results (dependent upon quality of signature and resolution of fax machine).  For best results write your signature as large as you can and use a fax machine that supports Class 2 type faxes (fine resolution).  Click here for more information. Only credit cards are accepted for fax orders.

Payment amount/methods:

Cost: $9.95
Payment Methods: Check, Money Order, Credit card (any Visa, Mastercard or American Express that is yours - i.e. not stolen), or cash (we are not responsible for any cash lost or stolen in the mail).

NOTE: For credit card orders, include Card Number, Expiration Date, Card Type, Cardholder Name, and Cardholder billing address.  Faxed or e-mailed orders must be paid by credit card.

Non standard delivery options: Our SignatureFactory is setup to return all signature fonts by e-mail. It's the future, it's fast, it's efficient, it's inexpensive, and it's cool (...'hey man, look what I got by e-mail'). But if you are still operating out of the dark ages (no offense intended), we will accommodate you. If you would like your signature font returned on diskette(PC format) add the following shipping & handling charges:

• By U.S. Mail to U.S. Address: $3 shipping & handling (or $12.95 total)
• By U.S. Mail to non-U.S. Address: $6 shipping & handling ($15.95 total)
• By any other service or to a non U.S. address, send email to signaturefactory@ngenious.com with details and we will provide you with costs.
